On May 19th, 20th, and 21st, we underwent an unannounced IFS audit – a comprehensive assessment of food safety and quality assurance within the food industry. During this audit, our departments, processes, and documentation were critically reviewed. The daily implementation and assurance of our quality standards were also closely examined.
