Yme Kuiper is the importer and processor of dried fruits, nuts and seeds. As a large industrial bakery and food producer, you have come to the right place. With more than 150 years of passion and experience in the field, you are assured of the right knowledge and the highest quality.

The assortment of Yme Kuiper

Walnuts

Packed with omega-3 and antioxidants. Contains fiber and vegetable proteins and has a slightly bitter and earthy taste.

Flax seeds

A natural source of omega-3, fibre and vegetable proteins. Improves the structure and nutritional value of bread and grain products.

Sultana's

The grapes are called Sultanas when they are dipped before drying. This speeds up the drying process and normally the grapes are ready in 10 to 12 days.

Pumpkin seeds

Nutritious and rich in magnesium, proteins and healthy fats. Slightly nutty in taste with a subtle crunch.

Currants

Firm and intense in flavour, with a high content of natural sugars, fibres and potassium. Slightly sour and concentrated sweet

Sesame seeds

Contains essential minerals such as calcium, iron and magnesium. Crispy and intensely aromatic with a full, nutty flavour.

What makes Yme Kuiper unique?

What if something goes wrong with the delivery?

Although our OTIF (On Time In Full) performance rate is very high, a delivery may occasionally be delayed or incomplete. We monitor all orders daily and immediately contact our customers in the event of a (potential) shortfall. Together, we find an appropriate solution — usually through prompt replenishment.

Does Yme Kuiper offer organic products?

Yes. We are SKAL certified and offer a wide range of organic products, processed in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Are the products tested for quality?

Yes. All incoming goods are inspected by our Quality Control department and analyzed by an accredited laboratory. We work exclusively with certified suppliers and use advanced technology such as optical scanners and X-ray systems.

Can I request an urgent delivery?

Yes. Thanks to our extensive stock and daily transport routes across Europe, we can usually meet urgent delivery requests quickly and efficiently.

How does Yme Kuiper contribute to sustainability?

Our facility’s roof is fully equipped with solar panels, allowing us to operate almost energy-neutrally. In addition, we continuously monitor and reduce our water consumption wherever possible. When sourcing raw materials, we prioritize local suppliers to minimize our ecological footprint.
